How do I request a refund

Subscriptions are governed and managed by Apple, and they decide whether or not your purchase is eligible for a refund.

Follow these instructions to request a refund from Apple.
Alternatively, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you can see the “Report a Problem” or “Report” button next to the item that you with to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to pick the reason why you want a refund, and then submit your request.
