I can’t access the All Access content
- Open the app, from the main screen => tap Profile button => General => Manage Subscription.
- Tap Restore Subscription.
- Note: If you are already logged in with an All Access account you will not see the Subscription button located at the top right corner of the main screen.
- Sign in to the App Store with your Apple ID and password and tap OK.
- Tap OK to confirm.
I can’t see my Favorites or Collections
- If you have not backed up to iCloud, unfortunately your Favorites, Collections and settings won’t transfer across when you switch to a new phone/device.
