Restore Subscription

I can’t access the All Access content

  1. Open the app, from the main screen => tap Profile button => General => Manage Subscription.
  2. Tap Restore Subscription.
  3. Note: If you are already logged in with an All Access account you will not see the Subscription button located at the top right corner of the main screen.
  4. Sign in to the App Store with your Apple ID and password and tap OK.
  5. Tap OK to confirm.

I can’t see my Favorites or Collections

  • If you have not backed up to iCloud, unfortunately your Favorites, Collections and settings won’t transfer across when you switch to a new phone/device.
